Our private, air‑conditioned meeting space comfortably seats up to 20 delegates in the boardroom, U‑shape, or classroom layouts. Need extra breakout space? Ask about adjacent lounges and patio areas.

Yes. The venue comes fully equipped with a high‑resolution screen, data projector, HDMI connections, sound system, flip‑charts, and fast fibre Wi‑Fi. Our team sets everything up before you arrive and remains on standby for any tech tweaks.

3. Can we customise the catering? +

Absolutely. Choose from chef‑curated breakfast, lunch and snack menus featuring fresh, local ingredients. We happily accommodate vegetarian, vegan, Halaal‑friendly and other special dietary needs—just let us know in advance.

4. Are breakaway rooms available for smaller group work? +

Breakaway rooms can be reserved on request. These intimate spaces are ideal for brainstorming, private calls or leadership huddles without leaving the property.

Conference bookings run 07:00 – 17:00 (Mon–Thu). After 18:00 the area reopens to other hotel guests, so private functions should wrap up—or relocate to one of our villas—by then.
